Our classic pinsa is made following the traditional recipe with only quality ingredients like natural yeast for a flavorful dough that is irresistibly soft on the inside. It is spread by hand and pre-baked in a wood-burning oven so it’s uniquely crisp on the outside.

Ingredients

Extra fine soft WHEAT flour, water, durum WHEAT semolina, SOY flour, salt, extra virgin olive oil, rice flour, dried durum WHEAT natural yeast, dried yeast, flavoring.
May contain traces of MUSTARD.
