Our pinsas are made following the traditional recipe. The natural yeast and long leavening make them irresistibly soft and tasty. Spread by hand and pre-baked in a wood-burning oven, they are uniquely crisp on the outside.

Ingredients

Soft WHEAT flour, water, re-milled durum WHEAT semolina 9,1%, powder sourdough 1,7% (soft WHEAT flour, cultures of lactic bacteria and yeasts), extra virgin olive oil 1,6%, salt, SOY flour, rice flour, WHEAT gluten, dry yeast, malted cereal flour, (WHEAT), preservative: ascorbic acid, flavouring.
May contain traces of MUSTARD.
